Australian Return Policy > We accept refund, exchange or store credit on full priced items. And exchange or store credit on sale items. Items need to be returned in the original plastic packaging, tags attached & in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping cost is non-refundable & return shipping is at the customers expense.

ALL Australian orders are shipped via standard Post for €5, or free if over €79. Your order will be shipped the same day* (if ordered on a weekday before 1pm AEST), or next business day and will arrive in 1-2 days for metro areas, and 2-3 days for regional areas. Sizing is fairly standard (similar to a Target/Kmart), but can range between styles, so just make sure you read the FULL product description of each one as we describe the fit of each style in detail, PLUS say whether it’s a big/small/standard make 👍🏼 And you can have a look over the Size guide page

We write the model's height and size on each product page, just read through the descriptions 👌🏼
