Featuring an all over stretchy soft fabric, with a sweetheart neckline with a zipper back & back neck tie....And can we talk about the gorgeous... puffy elastic statement sleeves? Aren't they just dreamy? 😍 From the waist the skirt then flows down to a puffy silhouette, that gives it that oh-so dreamy vintage flair! Of course, we can't forget the pockets! Whoop Whoop!🙌🏼
